Our inspection and pricing options are available in several levels as well as stand alone options. If the pricing below does not meet your requirements please contact us and we would be happy to provided a quote to meet your specific needs. We currently accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Venmo.

General Pricing Guidelines

General home consultations on any area of your home that you have concerns on: Basements, Roofs, Landscape, Interior, Appliances, etc.

Home Consultation Package - A home up 2500 square foot. or less with an attached garage. Components inspected includes: Attic/Roof, Basement/Foundation, Exterior Grounds and Walls, Electrical System, Furnace, Attached Garage, General Interior, Kitchen, Plumbing System, Water Heater, and Safety Concerns. $100 for one area, $50 for each additional area.

Seller Services - Includes Water Quality Test, Water Flow Test, and Septic Dye Test. $125 each
