Ice can form on all surfaces throughout the winter months.  It can be especially dangerous on driveways and pathways.  As a homeowner it is your responsibility to insure that your home is safe for visitors.

Imagine your favorite delivery person falling and hurting themselves delivering your online order.  Not only will you feel terrible about it you also are opening yourself up to be liable for any medical bills they incur.

To prevent this check the condition of your property often.  Place sand and/or rock salt on the surfaces to melt the ice and and give the surface grip.  Note: rock salt is not recommended for concrete surfaces and it may deteriorate the concrete.
